As an Operation Support Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline operational workflows, address logístical challenges, and enhance overall efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot will contribute to the seamless functioning of our logistics operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support to various teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics processes, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Help develop and implement standard operating procedures for various operational functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to operational activities and performance metrics.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members regarding operational processes.
- Identify and escalate any operational challenges to management for timely resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational support or a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
