Fit-Out Commercial Manager to work on a Mega Project for a leading Fit-Out company in Riyadh.
A brand-new opportunity is available to work as a Fit-Out Commercial Manager for a recognized Fit-Out company providing expert services in Fit-Out in Riyadh, where you would be working on one of their high-profile projects\contracts in the middle east.

This is a great opportunity that the client is offering with great chance for progression, growth, and development for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and organised individual with proven experience.

Role functions:

- Manage clients' relationships
- Bid on new projects and manage new contracts
- Weekly/monthly progress reports
- Ensure Client & 3rd parties' satisfaction
- Oversee vendors and subcontractors

Key requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 10 - 15 years Fit-Out experience
- Gulf experience required
- International experience required
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
