**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the design phase of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and design parameters.
- Lead and coordinate design teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Review and evaluate design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
- Monitor design progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and best practices related to infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating design teams.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are preferred.
