Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Systems Specialist**(Airport)**to join our team In this role you will get to be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of airport systems such as baggage handling, security, and flight information, ensuring their smooth operation and compliance with industry standards.

**What Desired Skill's You'll Bring**:

- Oversee the design, installation, and configuration of airport systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and operational needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to integrate and optimize systems such as baggage handling, security, and passenger information systems.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all airport systems, providing maintenance and troubleshooting support as needed.
- Respond to system outages or technical issues promptly and work to resolve them with mínimal disruption to airport operations.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring all components are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular checks and testing to identify potential problems and ensure systems are updated and aligned with the latest technology.
- Work closely with other departments (IT, operations, engineering) to ensure the integration of systems across the airport infrastructure.
- Participate in system design and coordination meetings, providing technical expertise and insights.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions for management and project stakeholders
- Ensure all systems comply with airport regulatory standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Keep up to date with relevant regulations, technological advancements, and industry standards in airport systems.

**What Required Skill's You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5-7 years of experience**in systems management, with a strong focus on **airport systems**such as baggage handling, security, or flight information systems.
- In-depth knowledge of airport operational systems and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
- Experience with system integration, performance monitoring, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, security standards, and operational requirements for airports.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and handle urgent technical issues efficiently.
