The Role

We are seeking an established Regional Director, Water Infrastructure to manage this sector across _the_ Middle East_ region. This role is to be based in Riyadh.

As the Regional Director in the Middle East, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic landscape by not only overseeing the day-to-day operations but also steering the direction of the Water Resources & Irrigation sub-sector.

Your responsibilities extend to ensuring the highest standards of operational and technical excellence, navigating the complexities of profit and loss management, and championing the development and mobilization of resources within the Middle East Region.

Beyond these core functions, your leadership is instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships, contributing to the overall growth and success of SJ Group.
- 15+ years in the industry with proven success in Senior Management roles.
- Expertise in managing large-scale water infrastructure projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends across the Middle East.
- High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
