**Accountabilities**

Collections Cash Credit:

- Develop the collection plans by planning the daily distribution routes collectors vacationsetc to ensure that collections are implemented in a proper and timely manner
- Monitor the collection of funds from the stores through constant updates to ensure that collection is being implemented according to the set plan
- Monitor the daily collection activities of the collectors through the daily collection reports to evaluate collectors on a daily basis and thus preparing a monthly performance report
- Monitor the collection from the remote areas through reviewing the collection reports to ensure that collection is being made in a proper and timely manner

FollowUps:

- Followup on the receipt of documents shipped by the collector from remote areas that do not have other means of communications no internet by receiving the consignment serial number and followingup with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery
- Followup on the variance and pending reports through the system in order to ensure that all collections are made with the proper amounts and that there is no discrepancy between the planned and actual

Reporting Analysis:

- Report on regular basis the variance between the collection deposited amounts booking GL through analysis of the system bank statement booking records in order to prevent fraud escalate any issues

Department Management:

- Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement coaching following up any obstacles provide performance feedback and conversations coachingetc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives

Employees duties are not limited only to the abovementioned Accountabilities heshe may perform other duties as assigned
