We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Saudi Arabia, providing vital support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.We are looking for a Receptionist with strong organizational and communication skills to manage front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors and a smooth flow of administrative processes. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle general inquiries, providing accurate information about the company and directing specific inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support:
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination, including conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with document filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.
- Support administrative tasks and assist departments in daily operations as required.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between departments for any front-office requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, including deliveries and maintenance services.
- Ensure timely updates to contact lists, directories, and office records.
Office Maintenance and Organization:
- Monitor office supplies and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings and company events.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with visitor management and office security protocols.
- Follow company policies and procedures, particularly those regarding health and safety.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or construction environment.
- Must be currently residing in KSA with a valid and transferable Iqama/sponsorship.
- Valid KSA driving license required for occasional work-related errands.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written), with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
