We are looking for a Creative Innovation Mid-Level Consultant to join our team

As an Innovation Mid-Level Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and initiatives that solve business challenges and drive sustainable growth for the company. Your expertise will be in innovation management, design thinking, technology trends, and open innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Collaborate with clients to identify and develop innovation strategies that align with their business objectives and market opportunities.
- Measure the organizations’ innovation readiness and maturity.
- Research and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for innovation.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, innovation labs, and innovation incubators to generate new ideas and solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
- Assist clients in developing and refining innovative concepts, including business models, product designs, and service offerings.
- Assist in creating prototypes and conducting pilot tests to validate new ideas and gather feedback for further development.
- Guide clients through the implementation of innovation initiatives, including project management, resource allocation, and change management.
- Support clients in building a culture of innovation by providing training, developing processes, and fostering an environment conducive to creativity and experimentation.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of innovation initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with innovation goals, manage expectations, and address any challenges.

**Qualifications/Education**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in innovation or related field, professional certifications in innovation.
- 3-5 years’ experience in innovation consulting or related field.
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, including design thinking, open innovation
- Proven experience facilitating ideation sessions, developing innovative concepts, and managing innovation projects.
- Higher order thinking skills (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, judgment) and strong problem solving.
- Proficiency in innovation tools; experience with prototyping and design tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of innovation frameworks for delivering technological and non-technological innovation.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to maintain high energy and work hard.
- Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple tasks.
