- Minimum 10 years of experience in food and beverage operations management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Proven experience managing multi location operations, ideally in Bahrain and/or KSA.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, culture, and regulations in Bahrain and KSA
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus but not necessary.
- Self-driven, highly motivated with a strong hunger for success.

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in either Bahrain or KSA, with frequent travel between both locations as required.
- Competitive salary commensurate to qualifications.
