The Role

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in process engineering within the petrochemical industry, with a focus on ABS production - In-depth knowledge of ABS production processes, equipment, and technologies - Proficiency in process simulation software and tools, such as Aspen HYSYS or similar - Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards related to petrochemical production - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on continuous improvement - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams - Experience with process safety management and hazard analysis in a petrochemical environment - Professional certifications or licenses related to process engineering and petrochemical industry are a plus
