- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including the ministry and other relevant entities, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and evaluations, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience managing performance-based maintenance contract projects.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, essential for effective communication with stakeholders and project teams.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and negotiation with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Expected Start Date: 01/01/2025
