**Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive Azure adoption in the education sector.
- ** Client Engagement**: Identify and engage with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present Azure solutions that address those needs.
- ** Solution Presentation**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Azure solutions, highlighting their benefits and how they can be integrated into the institution's existing infrastructure.
- ** Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term commitment to Azure solutions.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and solution delivery.
- ** Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- ** Reporting and Forecasting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
- ** Training and Development**: Stay updated on the latest Azure solutions and industry trends, and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to effectively sell and support Azure solutions.
**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications:
- ** Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** 5+ years** of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding sales targets** and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to **build and maintain relationships** with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work **independently and as part of a team** in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- ** Master's degree** in a related field.
- ** 7+ years** of experience in sales or business development within the technology industry, with a focus on education sector clients.
- Deep knowledge of **Microsoft Azure** and its ecosystem, including certifications such as **Azure Solutions Architect** or **Azure Administrator**.
- Experience working with **educational institutions** and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems** and sales tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Passion for **technology and innovation**, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
