**Job Summary**:
The Rental Generator Executive is responsible for managing and expanding the generator rental business by handling customer inquiries, preparing rental offers, and coordinating equipment delivery and collection. The role focuses on sales coordination, customer service, and rental operations support. An engineering background is not required, as full product and technical training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage rental inquiries and prepare quotations according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams for delivery, installation, and return of generators.
- Maintain proper records of rental contracts, quotations, and client communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure all rental documentation is properly completed and approved.
- Monitor equipment availability and support scheduling to ensure maximum utilization.
- Follow up on payments and contract renewals with clients.
- Provide after-rental customer support and handle any client concerns promptly.
- Prepare periodic sales and rental activity reports for management review.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or equipment rental.
- Experience in generator or machinery rental is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
