**Project Manager (Communities Off-site Professional & Support Facilities)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**:Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- **Team Management**:Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- **Scope Definition**:Define and manage the project scope, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and client requirements.
- **Design Management**:Oversee the design process, working closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
- **Construction Management**:Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- **Risk Management**:Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- **Financial Management**:Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- **Safety Management**:Prioritize safety and health, enforcing strict safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience in remote and challenging environments.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and industry standards.
- Experience in managing international projects and working with multicultural teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
