JASARA PMC is searching for a skilled Quantity Surveyor specializing in Reinforced Concrete (RC) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of quantity surveying tasks specifically related to reinforced concrete projects. You will oversee cost management, prepare cost estimates, and ensure budget compliance, all while collaborating closely with project managers and design teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the realization of Vision 2030.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for reinforced concrete works.
- Assessing and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and contracts relating to RC works.
- Monitor costs and budgets during the construction phase, ensuring financial control.
- Evaluate and analyze contractor bids and proposals specific to reinforced concrete projects.
- Manage the procurement of construction materials and subcontracting processes related to RC.
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving strategies and value engineering.
- Prepare progress payments and variations for RC works in collaboration with the project team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in reinforced concrete projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
