Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in the Riyadh Region. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing overall project costs, planning budgets, and reporting on financial performance. The role includes daily tasks such as evaluating project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and collaborating with other teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
