**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Team Leadership:

- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.

2. Fleet Maintenance:

- Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance for the fleet.
- Oversee repairs and ensure that all vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy trucks.

3. Operational Management:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality parts and materials.
- Work with the operations team to prioritize vehicle maintenance schedules without disrupting services.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and workspaces to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Performance Optimization:

- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to reduce downtime and improve vehicle efficiency.
- Support the company’s vision for long-term reliability and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy truck maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy truck systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for heavy vehicles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive heavy vehicles being a plus.
