Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing a unique entertainment, sports, and culture hub within Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition focused on finance recruitment to drive our hiring initiatives.

In this integral role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process for finance positions, ensuring we attract the finest talent that aligns with our strategic goals. As a key member of the HR team, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders, and enhance our recruitment processes to meet the growing demands in the finance sector of Qiddiya.

**Only applicants with a background in recruiting senior-level finance roles for large corporations will be taken into consideration.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the finance talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with finance department heads and executives to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and establish effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and talent communities, to engage and attract top finance talent.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters within the team.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights on talent acquisition performance to improve processes and strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices specific to finance recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on finance recruitment.
- Proven success in recruiting finance professionals across a range of functions, including accounting, financial analysis, and investment.
- Deep understanding of finance-related roles, qualifications, and industry standards.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience in team management and collaborative hiring methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the Saudi finance market is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
