We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be adaptable, proactive, and willing to contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives to make recruiting more efficient and effective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and qualifications for open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their specific recruitment needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Civil Engineering or relevant sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid
- to senior-level positions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software platforms.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently.
