l **Legal Knowledge**: Familiarity with Middle East labor laws and regulations.

l **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing a team.

l **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with employees and management at all levels.

l **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to think and plan HR activities from a strategic perspective.

l **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and other office software.

Pay: From ﷼8,000.00 per month
