HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
- Assisting HR manager with data entryrecord maintenance, payroll processing and provide clerical support to HR team.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees, handle new hire paperwork, and assist with workstation setup.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support benefits enrollment, and address benefits-related inquiries.
- Prepare HR documents, and maintain an organized filing system.
- Handle inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HR or admin experience, familiarity with HR software.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh Graduate with a bachelor's degree in any of the following:
- Business Administration
- Human Resources
- Accounting
- Finance
- Marketing
- IT/MIS/IS
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Information System
- English Language
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
