- Conduct regular inspections of structural elements (e.g., foundations, beams, columns) to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, including observations, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel to address any structural issues and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities for adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, highlighting any issues and recommending solutions.
- Identify potential problems in structural integrity and propose effective solutions to mitigate risks.
- Perform field measurements and calculations as necessary to verify compliance with design documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in structural inspection or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
