Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Construction **Engineer (Saudi National) **to join our team In this role, you will get to independently perform all aspects of construction engineering assignments for construction projects.

**Position Overview**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Perform complex field engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of a construction project.
- Maintain first-level quality assurance to ensure that all work within your discipline meets plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Supervise Construction Inspectors and ensure tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented according to approved procedures.
- Monitor and coordinate all contractors' activities for the assigned area.
- Collaborate with construction management to eliminate hazards that may impact the environment or the safety or health of employees.
- Ensure that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.
- Develop construction schedules and monitor progress, providing reports to the Construction Manager.
- Monitor material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedule within the assigned discipline. Ensure that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.
- Organize the accumulation of assigned discipline data for the final project turnover and report.
- Initiate and maintains records, back-charge procedures, progress reports, etc., as required.
- Interface with clients and upper-level management.
- Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a construction-related field, or equivalent construction-related work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in field construction, preferably with large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes and industry practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages associated with engineering and construction.
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity on projects
