A highly skilled multi-disciplinary team from Network Rail Consulting has been deployed to Saudi Arabia on a long-term basis to work closely with our client to help it achieve their vision and goals.

**Your New Role**:
The Assistant Project Manager will support the KSA Team with various operational and administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with administrative elements of report production and advisory services; liaison with and closing outstanding client invoices, payments and other administration; general support to the KSA Team.

The post will also liaise and support the UK-based Finance Team with issues and actions associated with the KSA business.

**Key Accountabilities**:
1. Facilitate communication between English and Arabic-speaking team members and clients

3. Assist in client inquiries and issue resolution

4. Supporting the creation of key documentation to be shared with clients

5. Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives, monitoring timelines and deadlines

6. Preparing project reports and updates

7. Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

**We are Looking for someone who possesses**:

- Strong_ organisational and administrative abilities_
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and or any other equivalent
