- Assist in creating detailed proposals & tenders that showcase Rawaj-HCM's value proposition and unique offerings.
- Negotiating terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance Rawaj-HCM's competitiveness in the market.
- Working closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Communicating client feedback and requirements to internal teams for continuous improvement.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- 2-5 Years of relevant experience.
- A proper experience Working within the HR Services industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
