**About the role**

As Delivery Director in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing all major projects in the client, ensuring precise control over delivery milestones, budgets and financial goals. You will strategically identify and ensure staffing capacity to meet delivery and business strategy activities. Your role involves meticulous planning and coordination of delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. Also, acting as the primary escalation point for customer inquiries, specially at Directors/C-Level. Additionally, you will lead and coach the team, ensuring their development and alignment with best practices. Your compliance with internal procedures, policies, guidelines, and external regulations is crucial. Reporting to Markets Head, your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of delivery operations within the Saudi Arabia region.

**As a part of your job, you will**:

- Oversee all major delivery initiatives and projects.
- Strategically plan and coordinate delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer inquiries and concerns, mainly coming from Directors/C-Level.
- Monitor staffing capacity to meet delivery and business strategy activities.
- Analyze customer requirements, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
- Lead and coach the team, ensuring appropriate assessment, support, and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, guidelines, and external regulations.

**What are we looking for?**
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 10 years of previous working experience in a similar position, leading/coordinating medium/large teams and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in project delivery and the telecom industry (delivery executive or program manager in telecommunication projects).
- Previous Experience in Multinational company
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
