ستكون مسؤولا عن

متابعة وإتمام جميع المعاملات اليومية عبر الإنترنت (أونلاين) لوظيفة العلاقات التجارية الحكومية، مع ضمان معالجة كل المستندات في الوقت المناسب وتنفيذ متطلبات العمل بشكل فعّال. التواصل مع الأشخاص المعنية بشأن متطلبات العمل والتفاعل معهم باستمرار. تشمل خدمات العلاقات الحكومية - لكن لا تقتصر على ذلك - تسجيل الأنشطة التجارية، تأسيس الشركات لدى الجهات المختصة، إصدار، تعديل وتجديد التراخيص التجارية وتصاريح التسويق والتجارة، الحصول على الموافقات وشهادات عدم الاعتراض، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم اتفاقيات الوكالة التجارية وحماية العلامات التجارية، إتمام شهادات البلدية وسلامة الغذاء، الدفاع المدني، وغيرها من الخدمات ذات صلة.

You will be responsible to carry out the processing, follow-through, and completion of all daily online transactions of the Commercial Government Relations function, ensuring timely processing of documents and effective execution of job requests. Interact and communicate with internal stakeholder regarding job requests. Government Relations Services include but are not limited to registration of business activities and formation of companies with appropriate authorities. Issuance, modification and renewal of trade licenses, commercial and marketing permits, approvals, non-objection certificates, commercial agency agreements, trademarks, municipality, food safety and civil defence certifications, etc.

- معرفة جيدة بقانون الشركات في المملكة العربية السعودية ، وقانون الأعمال / القانون التجاري ، والمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالعمليات التجارية ، والتجارة ، والاستيراد / التصدير ، والتوزيع ، وفتح المتاجر والعمليات ، وما إلى ذلك.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. اللغة العربية

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Previous GR experience within KSA
- Good knowledge of KSA Company law, Business/Commercial Law, and legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to commercial operations, trading, import/export, distribution, store opening and operations, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Retail/F&B/Hospitality and distribution industries.
- Good influencing, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical and commercial skills with an ability to negotiate.
- Proactive, collaborative, and consultative in style.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Language Proficiency** in the English. Arabic would be an advantage
