Regional Marketing and Communications Specialist

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Regional Marketing and Communications Specialist who will play an important role in executing and tracking various internal and external marketing and communications campaigns. The role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Head of Marketing and the team in implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within the set deadlines.
- Support in preparation of marketing plans.
- Assist in managing marketing calendar.
- Drive awareness of the brand and overall brand image.
- Ensure content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of various services and solutions of Help AG.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Support coordination and execution of events.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets.
- Follow up on deliverables from various departments for marcom campaigns.
- Project management of ongoing marcom projects.
- Develop content, in collaboration with various business units and external agencies.
- Coordinate content and execution of video marketing.
- Social media content creation (English and Arabic).
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Saudi Nationals will be preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to multi-task with a positive attitude and good time management skills.
- Experience in PR and communications is preferable.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / social media etc.) and market research methods.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Skilled at maintaining cross-functional working relationships.
- Ability to combine a storytelling approach with a commercial understanding of the business.
