**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs.- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to boost campaign performance.- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, landing pages, and ad performance.- Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in early or growth-stage startups in a performance marketing role.- Proven experience working across the full marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion, retention).- Ability to take ownership and work independently with high accountability.- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.- Proficiency in MySQL in extracting and analyzing campaign performance data.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.**Benefits**
