As a Tendering Manager, you will oversee the entire tendering process, from preparing and submitting bids to negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and securing profitable projects for the company.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:

- Overseeing the entire tendering process, from initial bid preparation to final submission, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is complete.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information and prepare competitive bids for contracting projects.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring bids align with current market conditions.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors, aiming to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all tender submissions.
- Identifying potential risks in tender submissions and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Working closely with the finance department to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of tender submissions and projects.
- Leading and mentoring a team of tendering professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Reviewing and analyzing outcomes of tender submissions, providing feedback to improve future bids and strategies.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tendering or procurement, preferably within the contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of the contracting market, including current trends and regulations.
- Proven experience in preparing and winning competitive bids for large-scale projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable contract terms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of professionals.
