**Job Purpose**:
The Process Engineer is responsible for the methods, system and equipment used in a manufacturing facility to convert raw materials into their final product form. They ensure the smooth operation of factories, plants, and production facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
- Prepare a manufacturing feasibility study for the new project.
- Support technically manufacturing by coordinating engineering modifications.
- Prepare work instructions, routers, and Bills of Materials in system and tooling plans.
- Conduct tests and monitoring the process performance throughout the production.
- Troubleshoot problems associated with the manufacturing process.
- Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure com.pliance with environment and safety regulations
- Estimate manufacturing process by Hours/Minutes.
- Participate in design review events for all engineering changes resulting from the implementation of cost or mass reduction projects.
- Improvements in process methods.
- Manufacturing process time estimation as per drawing.
- Update the BOM -Raw material size, Special process, and Special tools.
- Coordinate with Cam programming for the programs.
- Attach the cam sheet to master documents.
- Prepare route card and process sheet. Releasing master documents to document control department (configuration management department).
- Achieve the weekly and monthly tasks as planned and instructed.

**Competencies**:

- Process engineering.
- Process simulation.
- CAD and AUTOCAD.
- Systems integration.
- Procedures assessments.

**Salary**: From ﷼1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- chemical, industrial, biochemical, mechanical engineering: 3 years (required)
