As an Order Management Specialist, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the warehouse production and planning team and other resources across organizational boundaries.

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Working with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plans into physical orders. Understands business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.
- Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory
- Scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs
- Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
- Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, in-transit material analysis, safety stock, etc.
- Assisting in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.
**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have associates' Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Have 2 yrs of working experience in manufacturing planning or order Management
- Have experience dealing with internal costumers - globally and locally
- Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality
- Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Have thorough understanding of Completions & Wellbore Interventions
