Independently manage transactions with limited day to day support from department head. Management of existing and prospect project and structured finance transactions by performing structuring, syndication, documentation and agency credit related work for the department. Must have sufficient technical knowledge of Structured and Project Finance disciplines and services to understand transaction structure, risk allocation, define, and present appropriate solutions. Jobholders must further provide the required support to carry out financial advisory. Contribute in achievement of overall Department targets of loans, commission / fee income, and overall profitability.
- Management of existing transactions in the team/department.
- Assist in origination of new deals both within the Kingdom and in the GCC region.
- Execution of project finance, structuring, syndication, loan documentation and agency credit related work of the Department.
- Complete evaluation of project financing, evaluating and making financial models for grass root, brown field and expansion projects in petrochemical, telecom, oil and gas, and power sectors.
- Assess customer’s overall performance and its potential strengths and weaknesses in the light of specific information gathered and in the light of available industry information and general economic conditions.
- Structure deals, attend syndicate meetings and liaise with legal counsel on documentation, complete all condition precedent requirements.
- Solicit syndication invitations from other banks. Review invitations from banks and analyse with a view to participate.
- Insure proper compliance with internal procedures.

**Other Functions**
- Assist the financial advisory mandates.
- Assist in Agency Operations Management.

- Can demonstrate working knowledge of financial and legal structuring, legal documentation (including term sheet drafting and agreements review).
- Plays an active team role in originating, structuring and executing deals under supervision.
- Broader knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong and matured personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed credit/financial/market analysis skills.
- Strong command over written and spoken English language.
- Good understanding of economic conditions within the Kingdom and globally.
- Detailed knowledge of credit approval technique, processes and procedures.
- Sound understanding of all relevant regulatory regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant banking products/services.
- In-depth awareness of competitor products/services.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project & structured finance & syndications with well-known bank of international repute
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field
