This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable Credo **We are looking for a Senior Planner to join our team.** **Position overview** The demand planner is responsible for managing E2E SC activities for the ETHICON franchise including but not limited to: - Demand planning including key events management - Direct responsibility for ETHICON Business units. - Collaborate and align cross functional stakeholders to meet the franchise needs in short terms on order fulfillment and in long term to the growth strategy, - Setting and improving SC metrics for KSA in line with EMEA metrics definitions - Bringing efficiencies in franchise SC operations **Tasks & Responsibilities**: **Forecasting and S&OP Management**: Maintain and understand the sales data at different aggregation levels (Brands, Sub-brands, SKUs, variants, sizes, Distribution channels, demand groups and demand locations). - Gather information and document assumptions based on historical data, business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources. - Produce unconstrained base demand plan utilizing statistical modelling in collaboration with Central planning team. - Maintain & validate assumptions of activities calendar and events forecasting building blocks. - Facilitate parts of the S&OP process to gain consensus and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiased aligned number, practicing the IBP concepts. - Analyses gaps (financials, capacities, inventory etc.) from unit-based plans to drive alignment between business functions. - Measure and track the forecast accuracy at different levels and initiate action plans to continuously improve forecast accuracy. - Manage a group of brands, maintain the lead in supporting the S&OP process by ensuring the local market insights are captured in forecast **Risk management and Inventory Health**: - Work with the Medical team to identify, manage and communicate supply criticalities to all stakeholders outside the 3-month horizon. Collaborates with the regional supply planners to assign the right priority and action plan to minimize such supply risks. - Performs SLOB risk analysis and initiate action plans with marketing/commercial team to keep SLOB provisions at minimum level. **New Products Introduction**: - Locally own NPI project management from supply chain point of view, collaborating with regional supply planners, regulatory, marketing, commercial and operations team to ensure successful on time NPI launch. - Manage Phase in Phase Out (PIPO) changes at SKU level and communicate changes to all stakeholders. - Collaborate with Data Governance to ensure product codes are created in the system at the right time. **E2E SC Management for DPS including instruments**: - Collaborate with local and source delivery and CS teams to ensure complete fulfillment, - Ensure BO are regularly reviewed and executed as early as possible - Align SC strategy with ETHICON strategy - Bring efficiency measures in SC operations across ETHICON **Qualifications** - University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar. - More than 4 years’ experience, in Supply Chain / Logistics. Ability to quickly understand and later improve the processes - Hands on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP. - Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point. Prior ERP experience is a plus - Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers, creating reports - Fluent in Arabic and English **Key Competencies**: - Ownership DNA: Self-starter, results driven & self-motivated. - Simple & Sharp Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
