The Sub-Contracts Engineer will play a vital role in managing subcontracting activities and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals and bids
- Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations
- Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve any issues or disputes
- Manage the subcontracting process, including scope of work, payments, and documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful subcontracting outcomes
- Ensure that subcontracting activities align with project timelines and budgets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contracting and procurement practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the oil and energy industry is preferred
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
