Help support a safe and successful environment
The Plant HSE Manager will be responsible for leading a complex vertically integrated chemicals plant manufacturing operation in Jubail. This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organization's chemical plant HSE strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies. The Plant HSE Manager will champion the Fulfillment, HSE, Productivity, Lean and Quality for the plant.
As a Plant HSE Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Meet customer’s HSE and quality expectations.
- Driving and promoting a strong HSE culture across the site.
- Ensure all safety procedures was implemented
- Ensure all plant on low ar no risk
- Ensure all Royal commission (RC) regulation were met
- Ensure all Higher Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) requirement were met
- Ensure plant security
- Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Having a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the petrochemical industry and HSE / plant management.
- Demonstrate solid experience in industry and a good experience in management.
- Show solid knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and customer demands.
- Have excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Have expertise in health, safety, and environment. Experienced in incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
- Ability to manage and develop the local team.
- Have ability to influence senior stakeholders and demonstrated track record of creating positive change in the organization.
