The Investment and Asset Manager is responsible for managing the company's investment and asset strategies and portfolios. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and investment tools, guiding the company toward optimal investment opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Developing and Implementing Investment and Asset Strategy:

- Develop and effectively communicate the company's investment and asset strategy, staying aligned with market trends, economic forecasts, and client goals.
- Ensure the effective execution of the strategy, making tactical decisions to optimize portfolio performance and achieve maximum returns.
- Manage investment portfolios, ensuring diversification across asset classes, sectors, and geographies to minimize risk and enhance potential returns.
- Implement robust risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating potential risks through proactive portfolio diversification and risk assessment.
- Weight: 30%

2. Market Research and Analysis:
oMonitor the performance of various investment strategies against key benchmarks such as market indices or industry standards.

oParticipate in research activities, including analyzing economic trends, industry developments, and company performance.

oConduct extensive market research and analysis, evaluating economic indicators, industry trends, and geopolitical events to identify investment opportunities and threats.

oUse data-driven insights to make informed investment decisions, adapting to dynamic market conditions.

3.Customer Relationship Management:

- Act as an intermediary between the organization and external investment managers.
- Maintain client relationships, understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Provide personalized investment solutions and recommendations, meeting client needs and ensuring alignment with their financial goals.
- Weight: 20%

4. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and guide the investment and asset team, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and support in investment analysis and decision-making.
- Encourage continuous professional development within the team, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Weight: 10%

5. Compliance and Ethical Standards:

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain high ethical standards in investment practices, ensuring transparency, integrity, and client trust.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Professional Certifications:

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
