What You Will Do:

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers (including sales, marketing, engineering, customer and technical services, and operations).
- Direct involvement with current and new projects and explore new projects in coordination with our partners and distributers.
- Support job quotes with distributors to secure projects and ensure a favorable mix of Allegion products.
- Support business partner initiatives to maximize market share. Coordinate with internal partners to create demand and develop/execute strategy. Participate in joint calls and training; attend local, regional, and/or national trade shows and association meetings.
- Support Saudi team to build a strategy to meet the targets and influence your team by creating a culture of openness, positivity, and transparency.
- Maintain excellent industry/territory knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data of the competitive activity. Adapt to change in the marketplace.
- Maintain and utilize CRM tool for reporting and pipeline management.
- Ensure customers and partners are adequately trained on new and existing products.
- Create and maintain awareness of all applicable Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

- Ability to forecast accurately with confidence to achieve goals. Ability to adapt to change in the marketplace.
- People leadership skills and the ability and experience to lead and develop a high-functioning, effective and efficient team.
- Business Partner management.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in engineering and MBA degree would be preferred.
- 8+ years of business development experience in the door hardware industry.
- Deep knowledge of the door hardware industry is required, and access control would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Arabic & English.
- Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong presentation skills are required.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory at a minimum of 50% of the time (includes overnight travel when necessary).
