**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Develops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with standards, regulations, and regulatory commitments.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Document quality activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement opportunity.
- Identify broken processes that negatively affect the customer experience and escalate as appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Typically 8+ years of related work experience.
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal)
- Saudi Nationals only.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Proven work experience as a Quality Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (ISO9001, ISO19011..etc..)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Specialist
