**Support Productivity, SC and LSS growth agenda by leading deep dive initiatives through data analytics, process reengineering to create improvement projects at ME BU. Automate, simplify and standardize scorecards and dashboards (Excel & Power BI). Investigate, coordinate, and implement new best practices and initiatives for managing the productivity &LSS program. Create an E2E productivity and LSS campaigns to uplift the culture and service levels across BU.**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide ME BU Productivity insights and reports across the business by leading data analytics driven projects.
- Lead/participate in the departmental and corporate projects related to the area of accountability to ensure the proper implementation of the project as per the project plan.
- Issue the Monthly Operations Performance Review reports through gathering the relevant Operations data from the system in order to present the Operations Excellence performance.
- Participate in setting the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the Operations Divisions and other stakeholders through the collaboration with stakeholders in order to maintain compliance.
- Analyze trends and insights in order to improve performance in cost, quality, delivery and capability.
- Develop and co-ordinate capability building agenda for LSS.
- Lead the GLF productivity governance through Power steering.
- Support the LSS and Productivity events through campaign ideation, LSS Training, culture transformation and Productivity council.
- Lead LSS projects to increase productivity levels to reach annual Target.
**Qualifications**
- Models PepsiCo values
- Solid understanding and knowledge of Productivity, reporting and Power steering systems.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel & Databases
- Disruptive thinking skills (Innovate and identify new trends)
- Technical degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical preferred).
- Technical knowledge of field operations and KPIs levers
- Experience of front-line operations (2-3 years minimum), frontline management experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; fluent English is a must.
- Has demonstrated ability to influence up, down and laterally within the organization.
- Results oriented.
- Is able to travel as required (~ 5%).
