**Job Title: Operations and Community Manager**

Job Summary:
Grand Community is seeking a dynamic Operations and Community Manager to lead client-centric operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and foster a collaborative team environment. This role is crucial in aligning influencer marketing strategies with client expectations, optimizing internal processes, and driving team performance to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations.

Conduct weekly and ongoing meetings with current and past clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.

Build and nurture solid, long-term client relationships based on trust and consistent delivery.

Develop customized client strategies, plans, and recommendations for campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the operations and community teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Mentor and develop team members to achieve their KPIs and improve overall performance.

Provide regular training sessions to upskill the team on the latest influencer marketing trends and tools.

Establish and monitor KPIs for team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Service Delivery & Campaign Management:
Manage influencer onboarding and ensure smooth communication between clients and influencers.

Oversee campaign execution to meet client goals, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.

Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues with clients or influencers effectively.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Create and manage yearly calendars for campaigns, activities, and strategic recommendations for clients.

Provide detailed weekly reports on team performance, client updates, campaign progress, and key insights.

Develop long-term strategies to achieve company growth targets and client satisfaction.

Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure that operational processes align with the company’s goals and vision.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and product teams) for seamless execution of campaigns.

Continuously assess and improve workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain documentation for client meetings, campaign briefs, and team performance metrics.

Business Growth & Innovation:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.

Propose innovative ideas to enhance service offerings and stay competitive in the influencer marketing space.

Represent the company at industry events to foster relationships and gain insights.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, community management, or client servicing, preferably in influencer marketing or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms, and reporting software.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with poise.
