**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **warehouse supervision** or a similar role.
- Strong **leadership** and **team management** skills.
- Excellent **organizational** and **time management** abilities.
- Good **communication** and **interpersonal** skills.
- Proficiency in using **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**.
- Knowledge of **health and safety regulations** and best practices.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and meet deadlines.
- Strong **problem-solving** and **decision-making** skills.
- **Forklift truck operating license** (desirable).
