**Job Summary**:
Function as the TK-Liner / External coating Supervisor for the coating facility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Check, supervise and coordinate the TK-liner and external coating activities and resources.
- Keep daily production record.
- Train new Employees on the use of machinery and work instructions
- Check coating storage daily to ensure proper storage conditions and use of oldest coating first. Report stock level to Superintendent.
- Check calibration of dry film thickness gauges daily and record results.
- Check the activities related to TK-Liner and External coating to ensure the final product is applied as per Company guidelines and procedures.
- Plan and order materials from the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the other Coating Plants to accomplish job requirement.
- Assure SOPs, HSEMS, QMS and all other Company policies and guidelines understood and applied.

**Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience)**:

- College degree
- 2-3 years proven experience in similar industrial or manufacturing environment.
- External coating experience is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage Subordinates.
- Teambuilding and motivation skills
- Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
- Capability to work under pressure.
