HR Supervisor

**A little of your day-to-day**:

- Ensure the Hotel’s and colleagues' license/legal documents are active and updated.
- Lead and manage HR engagement activities, creating a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction.
- Oversee department matters, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening, onboarding, and induction.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information and legal documentation.

**What we need from you**:

- Prior experience in hotels with an in-depth understanding of HR practices and Saudi labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to HR solutions and employee relations.
