We are looking for a UX Research to provides ongoing meaningful insights that focuses on user-centric to create/improve business decision through improve user experience, thought leadership on the end-to-end customer journey and the back-office processes and workflows.

**Job Description**:

- Design, manage user research to uncover new insights and opportunities, understand current needs, users behavior, and test potential design solutions before bringing them to market.
- dentify insights by analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from user research, consumer research and competitor data.
- Conducts qualitative and quantitative research activities, and analyzes, data, metrics ROI and KPIs to identify opportunities and pain points
- Analyzing data and findings to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions that improves the users experience
- Proactively identifying areas of opportunity and performing research to strategies future product opportunities
- Consult and collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, product managers and developers on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new concepts.
- Create communication tools, such as journey maps, empathy maps utilizing the appropriate tool for the task.
- Identify, define, and deliver/enhance meaningful products and features that are built based on data, insights, and user-centric
- Support, Advice other team members across Salla in the creation and launch of tests through the partner research platform and research panel.
- Works closely with the team to ensure research and design activities are being executed on time, within budget, and contributing to the business outcomes and thought leadership of the deliverables

**Requirements**:

- BSc/MSs in Human Computer interaction or Information System, or Psychology or similar field
- 3+ years of UX Research experience (or in a parallel field such as UX design, Product management, market research, academic research, etc.)
- A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas).
- Tactical experience in user research and human-centered design.
- Experience designing and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research.
- Proven ability in writing report and present finding
- Proven ability to manage large amounts of data and gets meaningful insight
- Proven ability to run UX Research life cycle from start to finish UX workshops with cros functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience
- Experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands and prioritization
- Knowledge in human behavior and design behavior
- Knowledge and background in Cognitive Psychology
- Interest and passion for people and cultures
- Interest in or passion for SaaS and E-commerce field
