**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Senior Service Technician position focuses on cleaning, installing, configuring, calibrating, testing, and repairing WL products at the NOV Service Facility.
- Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on customer owned and NOV owned products and equipment
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions
- Works under direct supervision of WFL Service Supervisors.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean, install, repair, test, and maintenance NOV WL Brand products at NOV Service Facility
- Communicate product failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments
- Complete and submit work pack documentation in a timely manner
- Service and repair of customer property items relating to the Elmar product line as supported by the WL Aftermarket business unit.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with the QA procedures and departmental work instructions.
- Disassemble equipment to remove parts and effect repairs
- Examine all parts for general corrosion, defects, breakage, or excessive wear whenever looking at specific reported issues on any unit.
- Request parts as required including fabricated parts, install all parts according to instructions given, knowledge of item being assembled and/or following drawings, as required, including needed adjustments and alignment.
- Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner, prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
- Pressure test and function test repaired equipment to ensure it works to full specification.
- Actively participate in training as identified by the Service Manager
- Engage in additional job activities as requested by the District/Branch or Service Manager/Supervisor

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must Be Able to Work Overtime as Required
- Saudi National or Iqama transfer
- English written and spoken.
- Basic computer Skills
