**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Representative. The role involves managing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that materials are received according to required standards and timelines.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow up on purchase requests from various departments and ensure their needs are met.
- Research and evaluate suppliers to find the best offers in terms of quality and cost.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and agreements.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure materials are received as per required specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain adequate stock and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and procurement activities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Age must be under 30 years old.
