During your tenure as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in project Management, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Monitor and support the delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring they are executed according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Governance & Compliance**: Implement and enforce project governance frameworks, including processes, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
- **Project Performance Tracking**: Track and report on the performance of IT projects, including key metrics such as schedule adherence, budget variance, and quality outcomes. Identify and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- **Resource Management**:Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure that project teams are adequately staffed with the right skills and expertise.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
- **Change Management**: Oversee change management processes to ensure that changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets are properly documented and approved.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and that all project outcomes are aligned with business requirements.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in project delivery and work with project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in IT project management or PMO roles, with a focus on project delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and best practices in project management.
- Ability to lead and influence project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
