**Sales Coordinator - MEP**

**Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with proven experience in the MEP sector, particularly in **steel piping, steel fittings, fasteners, insulation materials, and electrical switches**. This role involves facilitating communication between clients, the sales team, and technical departments to ensure smooth operations and the efficient execution of sales activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities - Sales Coordinator (MEP Sector)**

**Client Coordination**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Assist clients with product specifications related to steel piping, fittings, fasteners, insulation, and electrical switches.

**Sales Support**
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation in coordination with the sales and engineering teams.
- Monitor and track sales orders, deliveries, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

**Technical Liaison**
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and technical departments to resolve product-related queries.
- Ensure alignment on specifications and lead times for MEP materials.

**Process Management**
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, invoices, and communications.
- Support timely execution of sales activities through effective documentation and follow-up.

**Market Awareness**
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing in the MEP domain.
- Provide input to the sales team regarding potential client opportunities and product positioning.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Support internal coordination to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years in sales coordination or a comparable role, with a strong preference for background in the MEP sector.
- **Technical Exposure**: Practical experience working with steel piping systems, steel fittings, fasteners, insulation materials, and electrical switches.

**Key Skills**
- **Digital Proficiency**: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capabilities in Excel and Word.
- **Technical Familiarity**: Solid understanding of MEP sector terminology and full project lifecycle.
- **Communication Excellence**: Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and client-facing contexts.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Highly organized with strong follow-up and task management abilities.
- **Language Fluency**: Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- MEP SALES COORDINATOR: 3 years (preferred)
