**Job Summary**:
The Factory Manager will oversee all production activities in the WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) Doors manufacturing facility. The role involves managing operations, optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality control, maintaining machinery, leading factory staff, and coordinating with other departments to meet company targets and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the WPC doors production line.
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to achieve output targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
- Implement cost control measures and minimize production waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to improve productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare production reports, efficiency metrics, and improvement plans for management review.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a factory management or production supervisory role, preferably in **WPC, PVC, or Wood Door manufacturing**.
- Strong knowledge of WPC door production processes, raw materials, and machinery.
- Proven experience in quality control and production optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (ERP systems is an advantage).

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
